Im having a couple of problems with my AC in my 08 Expy XLT. The First Problem is when I have the AC on Max AC, im still getting air blowing on my feet. Second problem is the AC blows cool but never gets cold, if you know what im saying. Ive been reading alot about Blend door motors. Im not very good with mechanical and or motor related problems but could this cause any of the problems im having?

 

I am also having the same problems with my 2008 Expedition. Today I turned the A/C on and get an awfully chattering/clicking noise. I didnt realize it until after 20 miles or so beacuse the radio was a little on the loud side. I hope I didnt do any damage to other spininng componets. Tomorrow its off to the dealer. This will be the second time to the dealer in 1500 miles. Good thing I bought the extended warranty.
