Question AC problems

2006 F150 Lariat 4x4

here's the problem. my compressor isn't kicking on. i've checked the fuses, bypassed the high-low switch, checked the R34, etc.

finally i got tired of it and took it to the dealership to have a comlete diagnostic ran.

the outcome is as follows, "No Power From Junction Box."

now, i'm not very savvy when it comes to automotives. can anyone give me some insight on what this might be? they quoted me $460 plus labor for a new box which i refuse until i learn more about it.

is it something i can have done outside of a dealership, maybe a good friend that is knowledgeable with automotive work?

thanks for the help in advance

I'd assume they're referring to the box at the passenger side kick panel, however our trucks had little issues with those unlike the previous body style. Did they say the box was definitely bad, or just no power signal coming out? If there's no power going in, obviously none will go out.

I hope the mechanic was smart enough to check fuse F32 and it's supply.
