Try doing a search, there are several older threads on this issue. They mention what all needs to be done, but don't say whether or not they've succeeded. I've got an 04 and was planning on doing the same thing. -still considering it actually- The main plug in on the back of your control unit is the same except for the #3 wire in the connector. It is the a/c demand signal wire from the cluster for manual a/c and the eatc unit does not use that wire. Instead, in the other eatc plug in (which you don't have) it uses a ubp bus signal wire from the other plug in on the back of the cluster. Other than that, the second plug in for the eatc (that you don't have) is for the heated seats (which I wouldn't use), auxiliary steering wheel climate control switches (which I wouldn't use) and the sunload sensor and blower motor speed control unit (which I would use) that your truck doesn't have. The blend door motors are the same for the manual a/c and eatc units, as are the cases. Oh, not to mention that the trim panel surrounding the radio and a/c controls is different too.
I'm planning on messing around with all of the wiring, I'll try to keep you updated.

EMTC to EATC

I have already done all the change out. I only thing I am struggling with is the # 3 pin as
ncf150sc. My truck began as an all manual basic regular cab STX truck. I now have power door locks and windows, power windows, power mirrors, electronic compass, Ambient temperature, electrochromatic rear view mirror. I had the column shift that is now a floor console shift. All parts from an 07 Harley. I even have changed out the cluster to the Harley Cluster with the message center. I have the adjustable pedals I will start on after I get the AC wiring right. Everything works except the AC clutch demand as mentioned above. It is because I am not sure where to put a couple wires. befor I put the blower speed control in the ac clutch demand worked with the EATC and the manual blower speed resistor and manual selector switch. So when I decided to replace the EMTC blowr control resistor with the EATC blower speed control I have ended with studying how to get the AC clutch demand to kick in. That is where I am at right now. And That is why I am at this post. Does anyone know how to get the AC clutch demand to kick in? The diagrams all show the body control module C3008B but I am not able to locate or discern what that is. It is not where the diagrams say it is. Basically I have the purple wire from the smaller C220B connector that in the manual system is suppose to kick in the AC clutch. ( OH yeah, DO NOT try this at home ) I jumpered the ac demand relay briefly, ran a couple wire to my cab and had it fuse protected, went down to the store for a beer, cycled the AC compressor with my jumpers from the cab, Then all hell broke loose. My truck didnot like that!!!! I had all kinds of DTCs and message center went into ENGINE FAILSAFE MODE, Scarry, scarry. After about a day of check out the codes, turned out I blew the EVAP system fuse when I did that. Changed the fuse now I am here for help. Where do those friggin wires go. The purple(violet) from #3 and the white and violet from the autolamp sunload sensor that says it is suppose to go/come from C300B (which I cannot find). Help anyone? Oh and the ambient temperature goes to -20 degrees F from +140F when I turn the AC on. Ambient temperature from the scanner is work right.

I'm not familiar with the EATC, but I read this thread and have a comment.

You are looking for a body control module, when I removed my rear seat and the panel on the back of the cab wall, there is a module there that is labeled "body control module" with a few connectors on it.

Is this what you are looking for??

Everyone I've heard from says that is where it is. But, I have had that panel off now no telling how many times and have not seen anything like it. As I had mentioned, I started with the most basic STX they have apparrently, could it be that mine just doesn't have one?

hmmm. I would think that ford would put the BCM in the same place regardless of what truck trim you have. That being the case, if it is true that you don't have a BCM maybe the solution is to actually get one and wire it that way??
I could be off, again I didn't look at any of this stuff in detail. Good luck!

I didn't have an accessory delay relay either, so I had to wire one of those in.

Well I got the AC working. Just studied the diagrams a little harder, hooked up a couple wires to the right places. Prest-O Change-O I got EATC. Still have a couple issues. Like ambient Temp going negative. A couple other things I think I know what they are. I'll keep ya'll posted

Can you give me a rough estimate on what it cost you to do this? Where'd you get your parts from?

Thanks!

I got my parts off ebay. The entire harley interior cost me about. $900 including the dash, mirrors. grill, console top and bottom electrochromatic mirrors, pedals vanity visors, the works. Just about everything but the seats which I had already had them custom done. Done all the work myself.

Smile americangold HELP!

Americangold, I need some help. I am in the process of doing a Lincoln Mark LT conversion on my F150. I have just put in the EATC controls and have everything working but one thing. I see where the blower motor resistor is located under the dash on the plenum box (passenger side), but I cannot find out where to put the blower motor speed controller. It is a lot bigger than the spot where the blower motor resistor was. Any help or pics of where and how this speed controller installs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

I believe I had already commented on this in an email. But All you have to do is use a dremel tool and cut out the size opening you need.
