My 97 E350 w/ 5.4L has no heat. The a/c works great. The flow direction works fine also. I tried going back and forth with the hot and cold but that didn't help. The heat has never worked on it since I have owned it.

My plan is to check both heater hoses and feel them. I think I checked them a few weeks ago and both were hot. I am thinking it is a blend door issue.

Is there a good way to watch the movement of the actuator for the blend door without removing the dash? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Anything else to check?
