New Engine, Blower Fan Not Working!

I'm hoping someone can help me.

Here's the story:

I recently had my engine replaced, and upon getting the truck back the fan doesn't work on any setting. The vacuum lines on the selector **** seem to be fine, can switch to hot and cold, but nothing on the fan. It worked perfectly before taking it into the shop. Could they have damaged a wire while replacing the engine? I called the shop and of course they deny anything could have happened while it was in the shops "care". Any thoughts? I forgot to mention, I have checked the fuses and relay.

Check fuse F105 under the hood and F24 under the dash.

If both are ok, does the blower relay click when the climate control is turned on and the ignition is in RUN?

If the relay clicks and the fuses are both good, you'll have to break out the multimeter and check a few voltages, notable on both wires of the blower motor.

I don't see it as too likely that the shop damaged anything, however, until the reason is found, it would be hard to prove either way.

Update

Well...boy do I feel dumb.

I just got done replacing the blower motor. Ran the Chiltons guide tests on the system and was surprised to see the blower motor not running. It was grounded as well as getting voltage. After removing it, I can see why. It was rusted pretty badly. All I can guess is from sitting the rust sealed it's fate. Thank you for the help and I love the site.
