Can you upgrade to automatic climate control
I have no idea what the ford system consists of but I did it in a dodge daytona years ago
in addition to the control panel , you'll probably need some control module , an inside air temp sniffer sensor and it's little fan , the wireing hacked from whatever you pulled it out of , and possiably some motors for the blend doors in the heater - a/c box it's self
- possiably even the entire heater - a/c box , Idono if the parts could be installed on the ford box or if it's different entirely
you'll definately need the wireing diagrams for your truck and whatever you scavenged the climate control parts from
ps , the climate control in my 95 merc gm sucked - it didn't maintain temp worth poop
the system I put in the daytona came from a lebaron - it was nice just for it's variable speed fan vs the standard 3 or 4 speed fan but that's about all

Yeah thats what I pretty well thought. I picked up module from a Grand Marquis and now still no head-AC and I have obd code 1622 KAM voltage low. I guess will break down and order the Expedition/Navigator module before I proceed so dont mess anything else up.
