Heating and defrost questions

04 SuperCrew, 70k. Had the dealer flush it last summer. Everything checked out. This is my first winter with it. Interior seems to take a long time to heat up. I have the electronic control. On days below 30 deg, I have to keep it on 90 and the fan speed 2 bars, to keep it comfortable. Also have to keep it on feet/defrost or the windshield fogs around the edges. The rears will also fog if I don't do this. Rear passengers are cool. I don't get really any airflow through the 2 rear vents either. It takes a while to defrost (defrost setting) the windows as well, especially on cool/rainy days. Am I using the controls wrong? Good thing for heated seats!
