Need help getting pulley back on!!

I was wonder if anybody had some tips on getting the A/C clutch pulley back on. I know there is a clutch pulley tool that is needed, but i thought I saw a thread showing how to make your own with a bolt(s) and some threaded reducers. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

uhhhh you mean the fan clutch? i always use a screwdriver, put it in a bind, and it holds.

other option: keep it off and go with e-fans
