Ive read the huge posts on replacing the heater core. Pretty sure that's the issue in my expy (98) Do I follow the same steps in the infamous instructions for the f150? ( wow Alan is a godsend!!) or is it a bigger task with the expy? Was told I can get to the core through the glove compartment, is that so> and where would I find instructions for that ? too poor for a dealer trip and I don't want my baby destroyed. Hubby thinks it can be done. help?

general info: Windows fogging up, bad antifreeze smell. Small trickle just in the middle of the 'hump' below the console. ( I pulled carpet up to find this)

The **** to turn the hot /cold has been defective forever, I use needle nose pliers to switch btwn heat and air. Naturally, been cool here so been using heat.. blah.

Follow the instructions for the F150, Expy the same. I would add getting the blend door kit and replace it while you are there. Stay out of the glovebox!
