Water in cab

Water in cab

I have water in the passanger side of my cab

And im 70% sure its from the AC

my truck is a 98 and i was woundering what i could do to fix this ??

My '03 had the same problem. It was the drain hose from the compressor. I took it to the dealer and it was fixed under warranty. You probably out of warranty, but should be an easy fix at the dealer or an A/C shop. hope this helps!

would you happen to know what they do to fix it

like some people say a elbow? i read some place saying the water
gets in from from dripping down the cab on the outside

i have this same problem.. never had any idea what it was till now.. i think i'll get it looked at in the near future

i just noticed i had water under my pass. side carpet when i pulled it up to finish my auto climate swap on my 2003 supercrew 4x4 fx4 and noticed that there was a little water to, but i think mine was from the door wiring boot it was half ppoped out and thats where i think my was getting in. maybe to check that door wiring boot

It's usually the drain tube from the A/C.Do a search there are some good pictures on how to fix this. You could try blowing low air pressure from the bottom side to clear it.
