How do I remove the dash vent swivel?

How do I remove the dash vent swivel?
I have brown foam pieces blowing out of my 2001 F 150.
I understaand it is from the foam "seals" behind the A/C dash swivel vents.
How do I remove them?

Most of the dash pieces are held on by clips and just pop off with a little gentle persuasion. If you are not comfortable with doing that I would drop by your local body shop and I bet they would do it for you.
