AC fuse keeps blowing

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and maybe can help me. I have a 2003 F150 XL and my ac went out a while back. A friend checked the freon and pressure was good. The switches on high and low side are good. We checked the fuses and found one fuse that was out. It is number 23 a 15amp labeled HEGO sensor, Automatic transmission. I replaced it and the ac kicked on and cold air came out, but then blew. Now it blows everytime is try to replace it. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Usually, this is due to an O2 sensor harness that has melted onto an exhaust manifold.

There are other things, but I'd suggest checking this first.
