Why so much condensation?

Whenever I use the ac in my new 07 it gets very wet in the vents. I use ac in my truck at work every day and never get that.

Is it on recycled air or is it on outside air?

Isn't it still under warranty? Make the dealer fix it.

I'd guess the dash registers aren't sealed to the ducts, and air from inside the dash is being pulled into the cold airstream.

It's on outside air, always is. Are you saying this isn't normal?

Mine does that when I have the A/C on with the windows down and the sunroof open. When cold meets hot = condensation

That pic shows a vehicle whose in-dash ducts aren't connected/sealing to the registers, so a lot of cold air is leaking out behind that bezel, making the moisture in the air condense on it.
