Steering Wheel controls died

I lost the steering wheel controls for my HVAC system. The steering wheel controls for the radio also went out as well as the lights inside the switches. The cruse control still works. I checked the fuses with a test light and they all seem good (both in-truck and under hood). I have the Ford factory manual on CD, but cannot find any reference to the controls on the steering wheel.

Any advice out there?

thanks

For those of you going through it, the part you need is called a clock spring. You will need a steering wheel puller and basic hand tools to complete the job. It was not hard.
