I have a 07 f-150 XL Reg Cab 5 spd 4.2L . I have seen a lot of issues with the blend door. Has Ford fixed this problem yet? If not, should I just not turn my temp control to full hot or cold? I think I read some where that someone would stop about a 1/4" from the full hot or cold position.

 

The problems were with 97-03s. Think the 04s up have a new design.

 

Thats great. Thanks Torkum. So maybe most of the problems I have read about here have been fixed on the 07's. I hope so because I really like my truck. I didn't use to like Ford but this truck is GREAT so far. I love it. This boad is COOL also.
