Too much Freon?

I think I have too much freon. Reason I added was that I had some blow out due to very high pressure becuase I had a failed e-fan. Wife's vehicle so when I got to it was already hot and the other efan was enough to cool it. After a couple weeks I find the failed fan, replaced it and went ahead and added a can of 134a to replace what I thought might have released out. Anyway my pressure are as follows:

At Idle
Outside Temp: 88F
Vent(max, recur) Temp: 50F
Low Side: 55-60psi
High side: 275pis

At 1300-1500rpm
Low side: 55-60psi
High side: 325psi

Both efans running.

Should normal pressures run about 30-35 on low side and about 225-250psi on the high side? If so, then I might have too much refrig?
