Hearer Core Replacement Instructions?

Hey guys, I've been doing a lot of research on replacing my heater core for a 2000 F150...but I saw a forum (actually on this page) that has detailed instructions on how to do this. Anyone still have them?? I want to save $$$ so I plan on doing it my self...but I need all the help i could get...including step by step instructions. Any help would be greatly appreiciated...thanks guys!!

Mine went out in my 97 F-150, need to replace also. Quintin, the link you posted turns up an empty page. Could you re-post? My search does not show any detailed instructions. thanks!

Dammit, the sumbitch worked last night. Let's try this again:

(I know they say blend door, but you've gotta go through the same stuff to get to the heater core that you do to get to the blend door.)

Okay, it's workin now. Got it. Is this link the same set of instructions that you e-mail to people? If you have something more detailed, I would like to see it as well. My e-mail is: azhighbidder@yahoo.com

Thanks!!

i dont know if you already changed the core i did it, i did all the losing part the night before end finished it the next day, 2 things; make sure you have the 4 o-rings and the clips ,and when you lower the steering colum watch out for the shift cable because i broke the outside where the inside cable slides in(80 dollars),so goodluck jaap from the netherlands
