Help me diagnose this issue

I have read everything on the site about vacuum leaks, but let me describe my issue.

I am getting a continuous flow of air through my main vents no matter where I put the vent selector. I can to switch to full defrost and get some air out of upper defrost vents but I still have full air blowing out of main vents. Same goes for floor selection.

I have checked vacuum lines. No issue that I can see .... everythign appears to be conected under dash.

Any clues?

Combo switch that controls opening and closing of doors is defective.

X2

If you don't have a vacuum leak you have a bad combo switch.

By combo switch, do you mean the switch on the control panel that is used to switch between levels?

If so, how tough are they to switch out?

Thanks!
