Do a search on here for heater core, there is a ton of info.

 

I dont know if you plunged into it yet, but if not and if anyone else would like this send me an email address and I will send you a microsoft word document that was sent to me when I had to change my heater core. It explains how everything comes apart and was a big help when I did my core last year.
