level 2 on fan nob doesnt work

level 2 on fan *** doesnt work

my second level of fan speed doesnt work, has anyone had this problem or no how to fix it?

It has to be either the switch or the resistor or a connection between them.

I have the simular problem except my fan only works on high. I have replaced the blower switch and still only works on high.

Steve, where is the resistor located? I have a 97 F-150 supercab.

Should be mounted into the plenum box under the dash on the right side of the truck. It will have wires going into it and be about 1.5 inches wide by 3.0 inches long.
