Anyone try 134a enviro safe refrigerants

Have the common problem that the air does not get cold, its just adequate on my 2005 150. Had it to the dealer, bottom line is its is good as it gets. Question is has anyone tried any of the 134a enviromentally safe refrigerant replacements such as "Enviro-Safe " etc. Can you provide details ? High/low side pressures, vent temp differences etc.

Why would you take a vehicle, probably still under warranty, and replace the refrigerant with an HC replacement that is not approved for use in motor vehicles and that is ILLEGAL for this use in about 1/3rd of the states?

Take it to a beter Ford dealer.

Steve, didn't say I was doing anything to my truck under warranty, didn't mean to imply that. Been doing some research on this referigerant issue (134a ) replacements and found out some interesting stuff. We could discuss the issue for hours. Bottom line is I am interested in seeing results from anyone who has tried/using these products. Thanks for you reply.
