Anyone have the Infamous Heater Core Instructions?
I'm contemplating replacing the Heater Core on my 98 F-150. Could
someone PLEASE send me the Instructions taht everyone requesting?

Other than getting those big service manuals, which isn't a bad idea for more reasons, go on Ebay and get a CD for the computer, under $10 for it and I believe it's as good, that should have a diagram.
Sorry to hijack your post, I could use those instructions as well...much appreciated!

I have install AC on those trucks since 1997.
Its about a 3 hour job to R&R everything drop in the AC coil and button the inside of the cab parts back in place.
The heater core is RIGHT there when you are dropping in the AC coil. So all the labor is the same.
Drop the steering column
remove all the dash bezel trim headlight switch air bag, lower braces. hidden bolt under the instrument cluster. the a pillar trim kick panels door sill plates.
once you have the dash loose and the pass side sitting in the seat loosen the HVAC case bolts under the hood to the last thread or so and slide the case back 1" or so.
remove the 12-15 8mm heads screws from the HVAC top case. there is the heater core.
I probably skipped some things, I've done so many.
