Problems with a/c blower motor- ideas????

Having a problem with the blower motor. Motor speed varies at all fan speed settings. Motor was replaced last year with a brand new unit from Ford. Could the motor be going bad again??? Thanks in advance for your help...

Try replacing the fan resistor located in the heater core/evaporatore core plenum box.
