My 2004 F-150 HVAC went completely out while driving through Baker, CA this weekend. It was 110 degrees outside and like 200 inside. the 800# at Ford Motor referred me to 5 dealers in Las Vegas, NV. Only one could get me in. They charged $809 to replace the condensor which was not coverered under the warrenty. It supposedly was hit with a rock through the uncovered whole below the grill. I'm contesting it thru Ford Corporate. Have any of you had a similar problem.
