A/C question...driving me crazy

I have been having some bad luck with A/C this year. Did some A/C repair work to my E-150 van, worked out well.

Now I replaced a hose in a 93 F-150, evacualte system, hold vacuum for about 2 hours charge it up 75* outside when charging it. Blowing cold, compressor working well. Now about 1 month later outside temp is 95*, and the compressor is on and off several times a minute, and blowing cool air.

(At times it will seem to work fine, compressor stays on for several minutes, then begins cycling on/off several times a minute, as if low on gas).

When charging it we had about 36 lb low side 220 high side.

Could the cooler temp when charging it up the first time be effecting it now? Or could the low pressure cut off switch be bad? I did not put the gauges to it yet.

Thanks for all the help,

Frank D
