low side ac pressure is high

98 Ford F150 : The low side pressure at the accumlator read about 160 psig. And can't get the clutch to engage. Whats all busted under there?

What was the high side reading? Sounds like the system is overcharged and/or there's a restriction, clogged orifice or condenser or something.
