Unhappy stuck on heater core replacement

Okay I spent 3 effin hours taking the whole frigging dash apart got all the dang screws out of the heater core box, out.

My problem I can't get the heater core out!!!! the little mixer door is sticking out towards the seats and I can't pull the core out of the box... Well I was gonna cut the lines with a saw but that really won't help me get the new one in.... Could somebody please tell me how you get the door thingy out of the way to take core out....

Thank You

The blend door itself just lifts out and up. Pull on the edge closer to the passenger's side where the door frame snaps in and lift the whole thing up.

I always cut the old heater core tubes myself. We've got a new core anyways.

OOohhh Thanks quintin!

I cut the tubes on the old core with pruning shears and pulled the hoses out much easier to work on the little snappy things.....

well back to work
