A/C Temperature?

Hi guys,

I was wondering, what is the common temperature for the air coming out of the registers with the A/C on at its coldest setting and with the MAX setting on.

Thanks,

55 degrees or lower at the vent is acceptable to Uncle Henry. Ideally, I like to see 45-50. With the system set on recirculate and the fan set to low with the temp set at it's lowest is when you'll see the lowest discharge temps at the vent, but that might make the system freeze up.

Thanks!

I put my '04 150 is in the shop this morning for some rearend DAMNage (got rear ended a month after I bought it) and I was given a Focus to drive while it is being repaired.

The A/C in this little thing seems to be a heck of a lot better than the one in my Lariat.

Bumper damage

Thanks again,
