I have a 2003 Excursion with Front and Rear Air. Usually everything has worked wonderful and we usually point the air flow to panel so each of the four kids has a nice flow of cool air above them to adjust. Yesterday, just driving around, the air flow suddenly shifted to floor on its own. No matter which control we tried, it wouldn't go back to Panel and stayed on Floor (my 13 year old in the back said his feet about froze off).

I guessing there's some sort of electrical switch that has defaulted to Floor, but I have no idea where to begin to look. Is there also a possibility of a fuse problem?
