Ford F150 SCREW. Whenever I turn on the AC (or any of the fans for that matter) the system comes on for about 1 second then shuts off. At night the lights surrounding all the buttons blink on and off. I checked the fuses and they are all good. Anyone have any ideas on what this could be and how to fix?

I've had one Lariat Supercrew at work do the same thing to me. I pulled the trim panel back and removed the EATC head, unplugged the connectors and plugged them back up and everything worked like a champ. I still replaced the EATC head, tech hotline told me to verify powers and grounds and if okay, replace the control head.
