OK my A/C starts leaking again after a week...so I call the dealer and say I'm bringing it back...so I bring it back..they say they'll check it out ...I say "you need to put the elbow on the drain there at the fire wall" .."I'll tell the mechanic" is the reply....they call 2 hours later.."Did you notice before the rain last night?"...." I called you yesterday BEFORE it rained and told you about it"...."So it's not the windshield leaking".."No, you need to install the elbow at the drain"..."I'll tell the mechanic"....they call 2 hours later.." Mr B we need to keep your truck overnight,because we need to order a part for it"...."Really I bet it's the elbow for the drain going through the fire wall,right?...."Yeah, how'd you know?"... HERE'S YOUR SIGN ...JJJEEEZZ

 

So of course my ext warrenty gets me a rental..of course I ask for the Cobra Convertible Mustang.....NOT ...your only allowed the minimum rental...we're talking Focus here ...He looks on the computer and they all are gone ... ThanK you God... Well we can put you in a Taurus...It's puking antifreeze...Thats 2 Lord...all thats left is the 04 Scab...thats 3 Lord....It's my first '04 to drive...I will follow with the "Critics" later

 

Well I got it back today...they did install the elbow through the fire wall...seems fine now...lots of hissing and pissing coming from under the truck and the ever present puddle...now my "critic" of the '04 scab I had for a day....Hate that turn lever...flick it and the wipers turn on....under powered..sure it would spin the rears from standing start but after that ...BLAH..Ride...very nice ride...even my boss took it for a spin and he has an '03 Scab and said it was nice...but under powered....seats...very comfortable....view...emense..you see around but there are the blind spots but the mirrors that look like they came from a dresser after all these years looking at the '97 - '03 mirrors make up for it...the stock tires are way to small...this truck had 7400 on it and the tires looked like they should be approaching 20K...a rim and tire upgrade would be mandatory there...the dash...very sterile but the vents were fun..you can turn all of them to point at you and crank that A/C on Max high and you could catch a hell of a cold with it and this one was very cold today..I think I'll hold on to my "03 for a while...it was nice climbing in and feeling the ponies turn up when I got on the tollway
