Question 1993 f-150 no heat

I am stumped. the heater in my truck provides minimally warm heat. last year i replaced the raditaor and thermostat. that did not help the heat problem, although the radiator with 11 years and 120,000 miles was shot. both heater hoses are hot, and the controls will send air from any position. the water pump works fine. the temp guage does not move much. any suggestions and/or links that i can get pictures to try and get warm before next winter?

You might have a partially block heater core. could let water circulate but not go through the whole core.

if hoses are hot on inlet and outlet, I would lean more towards the air distribution system, temp switch, blend door, etc.

Good Luck
