Makes you go hmm.

Ok, when I'm driving around, and I get on it a little, I start smelling radiator fluid or even when it's cold coming home I smell it coming out of the vents. Doesn't matter which is on heater or AC, I smell it about 5 minutes of driving or like I said before. Anyone have this happen? I don't think this is too good, it just started happening last week.

Yor heater core has a leak probably - replace heater core . You have to remove the dash and drop the steering column to get to it. If you don't do this you will have antifreeze steam in your truck at all times and you do not want to be breathing that at all.

Just did it 4 weeks ago for the second time. 27.50 for the heater core with core charge.

Good luck
Lance

pretty hard - The whole dash has to be pulled ou and it took roughly - 5 hours the second time - It's not as hard I guess ---- Its just very frustrating and time consuming. be ready to spend your whole day doing it. Be carefule when you get into the box where the core is located. The A/C Evap core is in there too - dont damage it because that one is a little more expensive to replace.

Good luck...

I put in a can of stop leak into my ac system today. I don't want to spend 5 hours on something that I can fix with a small can. If it continues, I guess I'll have to go that route. Hopefully I wont have to.
