Installing radiator drain plug

Has anyone done this before? The head of my drain plugged snapped off when I tightened it too much. It still works fine, but I have to use an allen wrench to tighten it now. Just to be on the safe side, I think I'll replace it. How do I remove the old one?

Loosen it till it comes out. Pull it as far as it will go then squeze the shaft and it should release. I have replaced 3 of them little Shìts. I keep forgeeting to just snug it up and I over do it.
