just got back from shop, took 12 oz. Apparantly there is a slow leak in the evaporater. May last 2 months till it all leaks out again,
After it starts leaking really bad; then its $1,050 bucks to fix.
Anybody else have to replace it this soon?

My A/C lasted 6 1/2 years. Never had to recharge the r134. Then the compressor blew. Everything needed to be replaced. $1300.

How long do the A/C systems normally last?
