Unhappy temp control

Hi,
I have a 1997 Ford F150. When I turn the temperature control **** straight up, I have a 10 degree difference between the passenger side and the driver side vents. The driver freezes and the passenger roasts. I did not have this problem until my local Ford garage changed the heater core and blend door. The shop manager said that his truck done the same thing so it must be typical of that type of truck to do this. I want to know if anyone else has this problem and if it is a known FORD problem or am I just getting the run around and what do I do to correct the problem. What is the use of having a temperature control **** if you can not regulate what temperature you want in your vehicle.
Thanks for your advice and help.
L Best

They are giving you the run around.

You should be getting air of the same temp from all vents. The shop probably left a duct hose disconnected.

The shop manager is clueless.
