Passenger-side mat wet

During a road trip back to Virgina, I noticed my passenger side floor mat getting wet. I had my A/C on with the window open and closed for brief times during the trip. I stopped for gas then looked underneath and noticed condensation build-up around a plastic box which I believe is the heat exchanger and the filter underneath was soaking wet.

Has anyone expierenced, or seen this problem?

Welcome to the site, if you have not found it yet, just look at the HVAC posts, there is one with lots of info dealing with 03 super crew inside leakage. Fortunately I am not one of them yet.

Thanx.................

97 Ford Update

I was told that the problem may be a drain problem on the box or a low charge with the A/C. Everything else is working fine with the A/C.
