Did ford offer a Sat ready radio for the 2003 F150? Is there any way to add a newer OEM Sat radio in the old 2003? If I recall the 2004 interior changed so I don't think a newer OEM radio would fit without mods.

 

2006 was the first model year for dealer-installed satellite radios in Ford's lineup. Factory-installed SATRAD started in 2006-2007 across multiple product lines.

 

You will have a hard time finding a direct fit radio for the 03. The face looks like a larger more modern unit will fit, but once you get it open you'll see you need to trim the dash inside. If you go to the DIY section on this site, look for articles that mention double din or 2din units.
