Head Unit in roof DVD Compatible
Hi All,
Have a question re: head units. I have a 2005 Expedition EB with the Nav system head unit, 6 cd changer in the armrest, and the roof mounted DVD player for the back row. Are there any aftermarket head units that I can drop in that don't kill the functionality of the rear DVD player, and will work with the steering wheel controls, etc or am I completely boned in that respect. While the audio is still fine with the factory unit, I am beginning to miss having bluetooth and an AUX input that doesnt involve running a cable from the DVD player aux to the front of the car somewhere.
