I got a 2013 F-150 a few weeks ago and when I purchased it the 4.2" SYNC screen was not working. I figured it was a simple fuse or wiring issue because when the dealership took the pictures of it, the screen was working. I checked all the fuses I could find that had anything to do with it and didn't find any problems. I also checked the wiring and didn't see any problems there. Is there something I am missing or is it possible that the screen is just broken. Also, the backlighting still works for the screen and the 12V plug next to the screen isn't working either.
