looks for some help with a Line Out Converter (LOC)

Hey everyone, I have a 2014 F150 XLT with the 4.2" screen, and I'm wanting to put my subs under my rear seat. I don't want to lose the factory center stack or head unit, but there's no way to power my amp since the factory radio doesn't have RCA outputs. So I'm planning on doing a Line Out Converter. Only problem is, I've never used one so I know very little about them. I'm a Ford dealership mechanic and pretty familiar with how just about everything on these trucks work and everything, so that won't be a problem. Anyone use a LOC on one of the newer trucks, and what brand was it? What speakers did you use to power it? etc...
Thanks!

This is way late,

But I used a scosche loc-2. Just tied into the rear door speakers so your fader still controls the rear soundstage.

I used an AudioControl LC2I tied into the rear speakers in the front door sills.
