Upgrade to touch screen?
I just purchased a new 2013 Ford F-150 and I have the stock radio head unit, just the little square, and I want to possibly upgrade it to one of the touch screen ones. Has anyone seen where I can buy one or if the Ford dealership would do that themselves?

Do you want a Ford touchscreen HU or an aftermarket HU? Ford will be overpriced, underpowered, and just an all around bad choice compared to aftermarket offerings. Look into some of the new Kenwood double DIN HU!
