Wire harness for 2010 F150

What is the correct wire harness for my 2010 F150 supercrew. There are so many online that say "up to" for vehicles but I'm looking for the exact part number. It doesn't matter the supplier such as Schosche or Metra.

I don't see anything that says "will fit 2010 ford truck"

HELP>

Thanks, I like that site. The animation is pretty nice. LOL. I see that Metra 70-5520 is what should fit but I think the one I bought is the same one. The main issue is that my new HU (Pioneer) has a red and yellow wire but I cant determine where is should go because if you put the red and yellow on the yellow constant from this harness the unit will turn on but it stays on constantly and it won't work if one or the other is connected. Also, I don't know what wire is the ignition wire on the back of the stock wire harness. I'm going crazy trying to figure this out. The funny thing is that the red wire on the metra harness I have doesn't plug into anything on the stock harness. Meaning there is no pin in place that it will meet up to. Should I be using a different color line?

That is probably the wrong harness. Have you tried Crutchfield? Is your truck the base model, XLT, etc? Do you have base stereo or sony system?

Looks like you may have already figure it out but if not id be glad to help.

The Metra 5520 harness is the correct one. The truck doesnt have a switched ignition (red wire) as in the harness. You will have to run your own switched ignition to the passenger kick panel where you can tap into the fuse block there. I believe it was pin 41 but I cannot remember for sure. Aside from that the harness is the one needed assuming that you don't desire to keep your sync system. Should you want to keep the sync system or if steering wheel controls then you will need to get expensive harness. I would suggest this one AXXESS XSVI-5520-NAV. It can be acquired for around $50 on ebay or amazon.

As far as installation, Dont connect the red and yellow together. The yellow is for a constant 12volts meaning it sees power at all times even when the ignition is off. (directly to the battery). You shouldn't have to worry about this as the factory plug already has a constant 12volts in it. The red is a switched ignition meaning that it sees ground until you turn the key on and then it turns to power.
