I currently have the mp3 6 disc changer with the rear DVD option. If i put a new head unit in, can i maintain the functionality of a rear dvd playing sound throughout the truck? also, if i play a dvd in the back, you can push 2 and 3 at the same time on the stock head unit to split the audio so the front cd player plays sound throught the front speakers while the back speakers would be muted but sound will come out of the headphone jack of the dvd player. i like that function so my daughter can watch movies while we listen to music up front.

 

The Pioneer AVH-P8400BH has dual zone entertainment. I think it will work for what your looking for. I just bought it and I love it.
