How is this pioneer??? HELP

So I kinda want a new head unit and found one thats going on sale for 149.99 $.

I'm not building a complete system- just new deck (primarily for features, nothing else) and new door speakers to replace the blown ones in my door.

I wanted a deck with:

1) Bluetooth hands free calling and streaming (for android)
2) Station presets (physical buttons, not menu's)
3) changing color illumination (theft issue- blends with dash)
4) Decent sound

All for under $200. goes on sale for 150 tomorrow so I can get the harness and dash plate for under my budget

Will I be happy with this unit?

If it asks for a postal code use l8n 2p1

Thanks

I have that exact model, just installed last week. I really like it, but I am a simple car stereo guy. The blue tooth is cool. For a no frills radio it is great for me

I think you will be just fine w/ this chosen unit since you've gauged your audio needs. If you never have intentions w/ your present vehicle of "going bigger" w/ a system then this will suit your needs perfectly.

Yes, I have been enjoying this unit since I bought it. Now I just need to put some newer speakers in lol.

It sounds great on all different types of music, keep in mind I am still using stock speakers.

Bluetooth is great and has never given me any problems. On the actual deck I can view my phone book, select from dailed, missed and incoming calls, when receiving a call it shows the callers name, the preset buttons also double and quick dialer for your fave numbers, can select next song/ previous song. I think I may be missing some features- Thank you Monday morning.

The illumination matches my interior back lighting almost perfectly- I am the only one who can notice any difference.

The bad- you can't see the screen in bright/ direct sunlight. Maybe its just the shade of green? I don't know. I hope they fix this in the next model but it doesn't bother me too much as I never need to look at the radio- I have memorized all the buttons.

Overall, I would recommend this deck to almost anybody.

Any questions please ask.

I have a different model in the deh line... very happy with it as well. Pioneer definitely makes a nice unit! Glad you're enjoying it. Get some speakers and you'll love it even more!
