I have 05 xlt screw has a factory flip down DVD player for the back seat, I want to install aftermarket double din, but don't wanna loose my rear entertainment, Does anybody know if an aftermarket radio is compatible with factory entertainment??

 

Bobodigital, did you ever get this figured out? I'm dealing with the same thing in my 08.

 

I took my truck to the two local stereo shops in town and both told me it could not be done, that was awhile ago, maybe there is something new out there that will make it possible, but to answer your ? No I did not

 

Two years later.. still no options available for this... what a shame!
