Touchscreen Trouble

Ok so I installed a Kenwood DDX 418 in my truck and I like it accept for that it doesn’t want to stay calibrated to touch. I have reset the touch calibration a few times now and both times it doesn’t seem to be spot on and I feel like over time it gets worse. I don’t know if it is just me or what, anyone got any ideas?

Did you remove the protective film off the screen?

so there wasnt a protective screen after all so what I did was take the eraser end of a pencil and used the to calibrate the screen and it works great now. Guess I just had fat fingers

I had the same problem. The first time I calibrated mine I touched the circles. The next time i touched he furthest in the corner i could and it worked much better. I didnt read the instructions or anything like that, but it worked better for me.
