My buddy is going to sell me his stock nav head unit out of his 2009 f250. I have a 2005 f150screw king ranch. That has the stock head unit and the wiring up top for the dvd player. Will the head unit from the 09 work in my 05?

 

I don't think see off hand why it wouldn't. Unless they changed something up in the head unit sizes.
