Hi,I was wondering if it is possible to install a better aftermarket head unit with a single cd player on my 2011 XL 150.If yes what would happen to the display above the stock unit ?.
Will the temp LCD still be working?.The oem radio face plate has an oversize radio and huge face plate.My other truck was a 2003 Ranger Edge and when I replaced the head unit was a breeze but with the F150 doesn't look that easy to do.Any help will be very appreciated.Thanks
