I am going to be installing a Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD in my truck which currently has Sirius radio.....which I want to keep. Do I need to buy the sirius universal tuner and the sirius bus interface module? Or do I only need to buy the interface?

Yes you do need to buy both. I just put a 4300 in my 2010 and you need it to hook up to the new stereo. You can however use the OEM Sirius antenna so you dont have 2 Sat antenna's on your roof.
